Erik Anderson
Lead Pastor
Erik has been on the pastoral staff at FCC since 2002. Erik and Kristi have four boys: Gus, Isaac, Moses, and Silas. They love life in Winnipeg. Erik enjoys studying Scripture, field trips to the Brady landfill with his boys, nights out with Kristi, and any moment in between with friends and family. Also, GO BOMBERS! Erik is in love with this scrubby little plant we call church.
Cody Anderson
Associate Pastor
Cody has been serving on staff at FCC since 2006. Cody and Dana have four kids: Charlie, Jacob, Lucy, and Esther. Cody enjoys any kind of “outing” and his family especially enjoys cruising around one of the many city parks. Cody's interests include most sports, movies, and Saturday morning breakfasts. Cody and his family continue to enjoy living in Winnipeg where their roots continue to go down. They are constantly amazed at the incredible community they have been received into at Faith Covenant.
Braden Friesen
Director of Youth Ministry
Braden has been serving on staff at FCC since fall 2021. Braden and Chelsey enjoy coffee, games, hosting and travelling. Braden is outgoing (sometimes too much) and enjoys small talk with anyone, anywhere. He runs a roofing company with his sister. He loves being active and hockey is his favorite sport! Go Leafs! Life can’t get better than when God, young people and sports all intersect! Braden’s personal philosophy of life is “to value people everywhere I go” which stems from 1 John 4:7-21. He is excited to walk beside the young people of this church!
Hali Wilson
Ministry Support / Administration
Hali’s part-time role at FCC includes connecting with the community, engaging with volunteers, and supporting the leadership in a variety of church ministry areas. She and her husband, Jamie, have two boys, Torin and Cooper. They love spending time outside, playing escape room games and going for icecream. When Hali is not working she also enjoys sewing her own clothes, bike rides and will never say no to a cold brew coffee. She finds joy in community and Faith Covenant is a community that just keeps getting better!
