Erik Anderson - Lead Pastor
Erik has been on the pastoral staff at FCC since 2002, and has served as the lead pastor since 2006. Erik, his wife, Kristi, and their son, Gus, love life in Winnipeg. Cody Anderson - Worship and Spiritual Formation
Cody has been serving on staff at FCC since 2006. He is married to a wonderful southern Manitoba girl named Dana, and they have two sons: Charlie and Jacob. Cody enjoys any kind of “outing” and his family especially enjoys cruising around one of the many city parks. Cody's interests include most sports, movies, and Saturday morning breakfasts. Cody and his family continue to enjoy living in Winnipeg, where their roots are, and are constantly amazed at the incredible community they have been received into at Faith Covenant. Gavin Jensen - Family Ministry, Small Groups, and General Tomfoolery.
Gavin has been part of the pastoral team at FCC since 2006. He shares life with his incredible Mennonite wife, Elisabeth, and their two children, Shayan and Reuben. For some inconceivable reason, he is a lifelong and devoted Toronto Maple Leafs fan. Gavin and his family love going to museums, listening to lots of music, spending time at the Forks, and BBQing.
